Ryan Bader Knocks Out Keith Jardine At UFC 110
ByRyan Bader moved to 12-0 in his MMA career with an impressive win over veteran Keith Jardine at UFC 110.
The early going went as many expected it would with both fighters content to stand and stalk each other for the first two rounds.
Going into the third round, it’s arguable that the fight was even on the scorecards. The first almost certainly went to Bader who scored a take-down and then controlled the ground while the second round was a bit harder to score as neither fighter imposed their will. Personally I gave the round to Jardine on account of his octagon generalship.
The third was also something of a scrappy affair and it looked like we were on our way to a decision until Bader scored with a short right hand which buckled the knees of Jardine. Bader backed off for a moment before realising that Jardine was in serious trouble and then launched a flying knee which connected with Jardine’s body, forcing him to back against the cage where Bader followed up with a missed wild right and a short left to the jaw which left Jardine out on his back forcing the ref to stop the fight.
It does seem that the sky is the limit for Ryan Bader, not many fighters finish Keith Jardine after the Dean of Mean finds his rhythm but that’s exactly what Bader did tonight.

Bader should fight the winner out of Vera – Jones. Good performance tonight. Not sure where jardine goes from here
Jardine needs to go back to his day job. his chin is ruined now.
